1 Application Scope
This standard specifies the emission limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from diesel engines of non-road mobile machinery.
This standard is applicable to the diesel engine, installed for the following (including but not limited to) non-road mobile machinery, with rated net power not exceeding 560kW and operating at non-permanent speed.
——Industrial drilling equipment;
——Engineering machinery (including loader, bulldozer, road roller, asphalt paver, truck for non-highway, excavator, etc.);
——Agricultural machinery (including tractor, combine-harvester, etc.);
——Forestry machinery;
——Material handling machinery;
——Forklift;
——Snowplough equipment;
——Airport ground servicing equipment.
This standard is applicable to the diesel engine, installed for the following (including but not limited to) non-road mobile machinery, with rated net power not exceeding 560kW and operating at permanent speed.
——Air compressor;
——Generator unit;
——Fishery machinery (automatic aerator, pond excavator, etc.);
——Water pump.
This standard specifies the emission limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from secondary engine installed for vehicles for carrying people (cargo) on road.
If the diesel engine of non-road mobile machinery with rated net power not exceeding 37kW is used for ship driving, it may be implemented by reference to this standard.
Diesel engines of non-road mobile machinery manufactured for export purpose are applicable to pollutants emission laws and regulations of import countries or regions.
