1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test, inspection rules, marking, packing, transportation and storage requirements of natural gas generating set (hereinafter referred to as "set") for the petroleum industry.
This standard is applicable to the generating set composed of 3~3150kW reciprocating internal combustion engine with rated frequency of 50Hz and natural gas as fuel, AC generator, control device and auxiliary equipment.
The generating set with other combustible gas as fuel or set with frequency of 60Hz may implement by reference.

3 Requirements
3.1 General Provisions
3.1.1 The general assembly of set shall meet the requirements of JB/T 7606.
3.1.2 The quality requirements of natural gas are as follows:
a) The low calorific value shall not be lower than 27MJ/m3;
b) The methane content shall not be lower than 76% (volume fraction);
