1 Scope
This standard specifies the raw material requirements, technical requirements, inspection methods, application method and marking for ordinary objects surface disinfectant.
This standard is applicable to various disinfectants for ordinary objects surface disinfection.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
ordinary objects surface
surfaces, walls and floors of articles, utensils, instruments and facilities in various places such as schools, nurseries, medical and health institutions, public places and families
3.2
ordinary objects surface disinfectant
preparation for killing microorganisms polluted on the surface of common objects and achieving disinfection effect
4 Requirements for raw materials
4.1 Chlorine-containing disinfectants: sodium hypochlorite shall meet the requirements of Technical specification for hygienic quality of sodium hypochlorite disinfectants; calcium hypochlorite shall comply with the requirements of Technical specification for hygienic quality of disinfectants including bleaching powder (Trial); other chlorine-containing disinfectants shall meet the relevant national and professional standards.
4.2 Disinfectant containing bromine: shall meet the requirements of GB/T 26370.
4.3 Peroxide disinfectant: shall meet the requirements of GB/T 26371.
4.4 Chlorine dioxide disinfectant: shall meet the requirements of GB/T 26366.
4.5 Alcohol disinfectant: shall meet the requirements of GB / T 26373.
4.6 Phenolic disinfectant: should meet the requirements of GB/T 27947.
4.7 Quaternary ammonium disinfectant: shall meet the requirements of GB/T 26369.
4.8 Guanidine disinfectant: shall meet the requirements of GB/T 26367.
4.9 Other disinfectants: shall meet the relevant national and professional standards.
4.10 Production water: shall meet the requirements of Hygienic code for disinfectant product manufacturer (Edition 2009).
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Physical and chemical indexes
5.1.1 Content of active ingredients and pH value
The product quality standards shall be met, the concentration fluctuation range shall be 10% of the marked median value (except there are special requirements in national standards and relevant regulations), and the pH value fluctuation range shall be median value ±1.
5.1.2 Stability
Under the specified storage conditions of the product, the effective content of the completely packaged disinfectant shall be reduced by less than or equal to 10% within the validity period of its label (except there are special requirements in national standards and relevant regulations), and the content of effective content shall not be lower than the lower limit value of the product label range.
