1 Scope
This standard specifies the food safety requirements in food purchase, transportation, acceptance, storage, sub-packaging and packaging, sales and other operations.
It is applicable to all kinds of food operations.
This standard is inapplicable to online food trading, catering services, and made-on-site food operation.
2 Purchase
2.1 For food purchase, the supplier's license and food qualification certificate shall be checked according to relevant national regulations, and the qualified supplier archives shall be established.
2.2 For food operators that implement a unified distribution mode, the headquarters of the operators may uniformly check the license and food qualification certificates of the suppliers and make food purchase inspection records.
2.3 Containers and packaging materials used in purchasing bulk food shall meet the requirements of relevant national laws, regulations and standards.
3 Transportation
3.1 Food shall be transported with special transportation tools, and equipped with rainproof and dustproof facilities.
3.2 According to the relevant food safety requirements, the transportation tools shall have corresponding refrigeration and freezing facilities or protective facilities to prevent mechanical damage, etc., which shall be kept in normal operation.
3.3 Transportation tools as well as containers, tools and equipment for loading and unloading food shall be kept clean and disinfected regularly.
3.4 Food transportation tools shall not be used to transport toxic and hazardous substances, preventing food contamination
