1.0.1 This code is formulates in order to guarantee safe production, energy conservation and environment protection of design of producer gas station and achieve advanced technology and economy and rationality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design for constructed, extended and renovated constant-pressure fixed-bed producer gas station and gas pipe by industrial enterprises. For extended and renovated project, the original equipments, pipes buildings and structures shall be reasonably and fully used. This code is not applicable to the design for water gas station and water gas pipe.
1.0.3 The environmental protection facilities of producer gas station must be simultaneously designed with main works; the discharge of each hazardous substance and noise hazard must be strictly controlled and shall be in accordance with those specified in the current relevant national standard.
1.0.4 In addition to in accordance with this code, the design for producer gas station and gas pipe shall also be in accordance with those specified in the current relevant national standards and codes.
