1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to making the design of producer gas station (hereinafter referred to as "gas station") being able to guarantee the safety production, energy conservation, environmental protection and improving working condition as well as to achieving advanced technology and reasonable economy.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design of the constructed, extended and renovated constant-pressure fixed-bed producer gas stations and their gas pipes of industrial enterprises. This code is not applicable to the design of water gas station and its water gas pipe.
1.0.3 For the gas station extension and renovation project, the original equipment, pipe, building and structure shall be reasonably and fully used.
1.0.4 The environment protection facilities of gas station must be designed, constructed and put into operation simultaneously with the principal part of the project.
1.0.5 The discharge of hazardous substances and the noise control of gas station shall comply with the relevant current standards of the nation.
1.0.6 In addition to the requirements stipulated in this code, the design of gas station and its gas pipe also shall comply with those specified in the current relevant standards of the nation.
