1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code was formulated with a view to making the hospital clean operating department both comply with the hygienic standards in aspects of design, construction and acceptance and meet the requirements on air cleaning technology.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the constructed, renovated or extended clean operating department (room) projects in hospital.
1.0.3 The construction of clean operating department must comply with the state's laws and regulations on economic construction and health service.
1.0.4 The construction of clean operating department shall lay stress on the key of air cleaning treatment and strengthen the protective measures of vital areas, and the practical and economic principle shall be applied in the architecture.
1.0.5 The materials used for the clean operating department must have the quality certificate or test certification, and those with valid period must be within their valid period. The used equipments and complete machines must have professional production certificates and nameplates; those belonging to the newly-developed products and techniques shall have the assessment documents or the test certificate documents.
1.0.6 In addition to this code, the construction hospital clean operating department also shall comply with the provisions of the relevant compulsory standards and codes of the State as well as the requirements of other relevant standards and codes.
