1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to ensuring the construction quality of oil and gas station processing pipeline project and achieving safety, environmental protection and application.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the construction of station process pipeline engineering related to newly-built or rebuilt ( extended) crude oil, natural gas, coal gas and refined oil.
1.0.3 This code is not applicable to the construction of pipeline in the petroleum refining chemical plant and natural gas conditioning plant, the affiliated to the principal equipment parts such as the pump, heating furnace, flowmeter and skid-mounted equipment
1.0.4 This code specifies the basic technical requirements of pipeline engineering construction in the oil and gas station. Where the code disagrees with requirements of national laws and administrative regulations, the requirements of the national laws and administrative regulations shall apply.
10.5 Except that the requirements of code shall be met in the construction of oil and gas station process pipeline project, the requirements of relevant current national standards shall be complied with.
