SY/T 0460-2010 Technical code for construction of equipment and piping installation engineering for natural gas conditioning purification facilities (English Version)
1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated for the purpose of guaranteeing the construction quality of equipment and piping installation engineering for natural gas conditioning purification facilities and of making the installation engineering achieving advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and usability and reliable quality.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction of the constructed, extended and renovated equipment and piping installation engineering for natural gas conditioning purification facilities. It is not applicable to the construction of the installation engineering of such purification facility technologies contacting with highly hydrogen sulfide gas (volume fraction of H2S in natural gas is larger than or equal to 5%) medium.
1.0.3 This code emphasizes the acceptance, storage, designation and dispensing of equipment and material, and strengthens the requirements on the assembling, welding and inspection of piping components, the purge and pressure test of piping system, and the final test.
1.0.4 In addition to this code, the construction of the equipment and piping installation engineering for natural gas conditioning purification facilities still shall meet those specified in the relevant current codes of the State.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Piping components
The elements used for connecting or assembling pipeline, including: pipe, pipe fittings, flange, gasket, fastening piece, valve, expansion joint, flexible joint, pressure hose, and the in-line filter directly installed on the pipeline, etc.
2.0.2 Piping system
It is the generic term of the connected piping system composed of pipeline, valve, filter, flowmeter and regulating valve, etc.
2.0.3 Single pipe axonometrical drawing
The drawing showing the space of a certain pipeline and its components by using axonometric method, on which the spatial dimension of this pipeline, the specification, type and quantity of piping components, the code, quantity and detection method of weld crater, and the other technical requirements of pipeline are indicated.
2.0.4 Skid
It is a combination of one or more functions by assembling one or more equipments, pipeline systems, instrument control systems and electrical systems on one common base.
2.0.5 Natural gas conditioning
The technological process, during which the natural gas is desulfurized (decarburizd) and dehydrated, and the acid gas is treated.
2.0.6 Process unit
The assembly composed of the production unit that at least completes one product or intermediate product according to the production flow, as well as the storage facilities and buildings (structures), for instance, desulfurization (decarburization) facility, sulfur recovery facility and tail gas cleanup unit, etc.
2.0.7 Semi-quantitative analysis of spectral
Generally, the spectral line intensity (blackness) comparison method is adopted. The tested elements are prepared into standard series, the test sample and standard sample are placed on one same piece of spectrum plate under the same conditions, then the blackness of the sensitive line of tested element shall be compared with the blackness of this spectral line in standard sample on one spectrum projector, and the approximate content of this element in the test sample can be obtained.
3 Site Acceptance and Storage of Equipment and Material
3.1 General Requirement
3.1.1 The acceptance of equipment and material shall be carried out by the purchasing organization jointly with the professional representatives of development, supervision and construction organizations concerned, and the acceptance record shall be filled after completing the acceptance.
3.1.2 The field inspection and acceptance of equipment shall be carried out according to the list of arrivals, manufacturing drawing and contract document, the relevant technical documents, the quality proof documents, the supervision inspection certificate of special equipment, the parts and spare parts and the special tools shall be inspected, and the equipment shall be checked for its appearance and structural dimension, and the acceptance record shall be filled finally.
3.1.3 As for the field inspection of piping components, the material, specification, type, quality certificate, installation and operation instruction, appearance quality and necessary dimensions of the piping components shall be inspected for acceptance according to the requirements of design document or contract document.
3.1.4 The skid shall be inspected for acceptance according to the list of arrivals, manufacturing drawing and contract document, its spare products and parts, special tools, to-be-assembled electrical instruments and accessories shall be checked, and its appearance quality and necessary installation dimensions shall be inspected item by item.
3.1.5 For all the materials having sampling inspection as required, if any one is unqualified, the doubled amount of samples must be randomly inspected; if there still are unqualified ones, this batch of materials will not be used, and the designation and isolation shall be done well.
