1.0.2 This code is applicable to construction of anticorrosive lining and coating for the constructed, renovated and extended industrial equipment and pipeline with steel or cast iron as matrix.
1.0.3 As for materials used for anticorrosive engineering construction of industrial equipment and pipeline, it shall be accompanied by product quality proof documents and its quality shall not be lower than that specified in relevant current national standard.
1.0.4 Product quality proof documents shall include the following contents:
1 Product quality certificate.
2 Quality/technology index and test method.
3 Material test report or technical evaluation document.
1.0.5 As for materials that need to be prepared on site, they shall be determined by testing, and the mixture ratio determined by testing shall not be changed at will.
1.0.6 As for anticorrosive engineering construction of industrial equipment and pipeline, it shall be implemented according to those specified in design documents and this code. Where revised design, material substitution or adopting new material need to be conducted, consent from the original design organization shall be obtained.
1.0.7 As for the anticorrosive engineering construction of industrial equipment and pipeline, it shall meet not only those specified in this code, but also those specified in the current relevant national standards.

2.0.1 Lining of heat sulphurized rubber
Lining formed by heating (high pressure steam, atmospheric steam, hot water and hot air) and sulphurizing after the non-sulphurized rubber plate is stuck with adhesive on equipment to be lined.
2.0.2 Lining of natural sulphurized rubber
Lining formed where the sulphurizing process is completed at normal temperature after the non-sulphurized rubber plate is stuck with adhesive on equipment to be lined.
2.0.3 Lining of presulphurized rubber
Lining formed by sticking presulphurized rubber plate with adhesive on equipment to be lined.
2.0.4 Spray polyurea coating layer
Polyurea coating layer (including elastic coating and rigid coating) formed by reaction of component (Component A) composed of isocyanate performed polymer and component (Component B) composed of amino-terminated polyether and amine chain extender after quickly mixed with special spraying equipment.
2.0.5 Interlayer adhesive
Solvent based coating coated on surface of polyurea coating layer in order to improve the binding strength between re-spray polyurea coating layers.
2.0.6 Repairing materials of polyurea
Bicomponent solvent-free polyurea coating (used manually) used for repairing quality defects of polyurea coating layer.
