1 Scope 1.0.1 This Code is developed to ensure the construction quality of steel-concrete composite structure work, and achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, safe construction, energy conservation and environmental protection. 1.0.2 This Code is applicable to the construction and acceptance of steel-concrete composite structure work for industrial and civil buildings and general structures. 1.0.3 In addition to this Code, the construction of steel-concrete composite structure work shall also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation. 2 Terms and symbols 2.1 Terms 2.1.1 steel-concrete composite structure members structure member composed of section steel, steel tube or steel plate and reinforced concrete 2.1.2 steel-concrete composite structures structure composed of steel-concrete composite structure members 2.1.3 steel reinforced-concrete columns columns with section steel arranged in reinforced concrete section   2.1.4 concrete-filled steel tube columns columns formed by filling the steel tube with concrete with steel tube and concrete bearing load together, including concrete-filled steel tube columns with circular, rectangular, polygonal or other complex sections. 2.1.5 steel reinforced-concrete beams beam with section steel beam arranged in reinforced concrete section 2.1.6 steel reinforced-concrete composite shear walls shear wall with section steel arranged in reinforced concrete section 2.1.7 steel-plate reinforced-concrete shear walls shear wall with steel plate arranged in reinforced concrete section 2.1.8 steel concealed bracing concrete composite shear walls shear wall with steel concealed bracing arranged in reinforced concrete section 2.1.9 steel-concrete composite floorslabs floor slab or roof slab with the profiled steel sheet and the cast-in-place concrete working and bearing load through shear connectors   2.1.10 detailing design refinement, supplementation and improvement of engineering design drawings in allusion to the actual construction scheme and in combination with the construction technology on the basis of engineering design documents 2.2 Symbols 2.2.1 Geometric parameters b——the width; d——the diameter; D——the initial deformation amplitude out of plane of built-in steel plate; L——the clear distance between columns on both sides of built-in steel plate; h——the clear distance between steel beams at upper and lower ends of built-in steel plate. 3 Basic requirements 3.1 General requirements 3.1.1 Steel-concrete composite structures may include frame structure, shear wall structure, frame-shear wall structure, tube structure, slab column-shear wall structure and other structure systems. 3.1.2 Steel-concrete composite structure members may be divided into columns, beams, walls, plates, etc. 3.1.3 The construction unit of steel-concrete composite structure work shall have corresponding work construction qualification, and shall establish management systems of safety, quality and environment. 3.1.4 Before the construction of the steel-concrete composite structure work, the design unit shall make technical disclosure on the design drawings, and the development unit shall organize the development participating units to conduct joint review on the construction drawings.   3.1.5 Before the construction of the steel-concrete composite structure work, technical documents such as construction organization design documents and special construction scheme documents that have been examined and approved shall be obtained. 3.1.6 The construction unit of the steel-concrete composite structure work shall carry out detailing design for the design drawings which shall be approved by the design unit. 3.1.7 All kinds of measuring instruments used in the construction of steel-concrete composite structure work shall be calibrated and qualified, and shall be used within the validity period. 3.1.8 New technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment used in the construction of steel-concrete composite structure work shall be tested and inspected when used for the first time, and the results shall be approved by experts. 3.1.9 Practical measures shall be taken during the construction of steel-concrete composite structures to reduce the shrinkage of concrete. 3.2 Construction organization 3.2.1 The site plane layout of steel-concrete composite structures shall be comprehensively determined according to the cross operation of steel structure work construction and concrete work construction, stackyard layout, operating environment and other factors. 3.2.2 Special schemes shall be prepared for vertical transport and installation in the construction of steel-concrete composite structure work. 3.2.3 Special safety schemes for cross operation and aerial work shall be prepared for the construction of steel-concrete composite structure work. 3.3 Joint construction 3.3.1 In the steel-concrete composite structures, for the connection between steel bars and steel components, the steel bar bypass method, perforation method, connector method and their combination method may be adopted, dependent on the joint design. 3.3.2 For the important complex joints in the construction of steel-concrete composite structures, the simulated construction shall be carried out according to the ratio of 1: 1 before construction, and the optimization design of joints shall be carried out according to the simulation situation, and the technologic estimation shall be carried out.   3.4 Construction detailing design 3.4.1 The construction detailing design shall meet those specified in the current relevant standards of the nation, and shall be carried out on the basis of construction drawings, and the detailing design drawings shall be approved by the design unit before construction. 3.4.2 Construction detailing design shall be on the basis of relevant requirements such as construction technology and structure and include the following contents: 1 Design, setting out and refinement of joints with dense reinforcement; connection methods and structural requirements of connection between section steel beam and section steel column, section steel column and beam reinforcement, and connection of strip steel concealed bracing or steel reinforced-concrete concealed bracing and connection of beam column; 2 Bonding connection structure between concrete and steel ribs, arrangement of holes reserved for mechanical and electrical purpose, embedded parts arrangement, etc. 3 Pouring holes, flowing holes, exhaust holes and drainage holes required for concrete pouring; 4 Design of stiffening plate in the process of component processing; 5 Design of connecting plates and lifting lugs set according to installation technology requirements; 6 Pre-arching of large-span components such as steel-concrete composite truss; 7 Checking of deformation of section steel and steel plate that may be caused during concrete pouring and analysis of strengthening measures. 3.4.3 If the construction method or sequence of steel-concrete composite structure work has great influence on the internal force and deformation of the major structure, or the design documents have special requirements, mechanical analysis shall be carried out during the construction stage, and the strength, stiffness and stability of the structure shall be checked during the construction stage, and the checking results shall be approved by the original design unit. 3.4.4 The structural analysis model and load action of the steel-concrete composite structures in the construction stage shall be consistent with the actual construction technology and working conditions.
