Introduction of GB/T 13382-2008
本标准代替GB/T 13382-1992 《食用大豆粕》。
本标准规定了食用大豆粕的相关术语和定义、要求、检验方法、检验规则、标签标识以及包装、储存和运输的要求。
本标准适用于食品工业用商品大豆粕。
本标准与GB/T 13382-1992 相比主要变化如下：
———修改了规范性引用文件；
———取消了产品分类；
———将原标准的“感官要求”与“理化指标”合并为“质量要求”；
———修改了检验方法；
———增加了判定规则；
———增加了标签标识；
———取消了对高变性大豆粕水分指标的地域性区分。
