1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules with regards to the dispatching automation system for district power networks.
This standard is applicable to the dispatching automation system for district power networks and used as a reference to the enterprise dispatch automation system of power supply network and other power supply networks and the centralized control system in the transformer substation.
