本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１４２７１—１９９３《原毛净毛率试验方法　油压法》。本标准规定了采用油压法测定毛绒净毛率的试验方法。本标准适用于含脂毛、山羊原绒。 本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１４２７１—１９９３相比主要变化如下：
———由原标准适用范围绵羊毛扩大到毛绒（１９９３版的第１章；本版的第１章）。
———术语增加了英文（１９９３版的第３章；本版的第３章）。
———增加了山羊原绒的含水指数和公定回潮率的规定（１９９３版的１０．１；本版的第１０章）。
