1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, designation, coding of headphones, and the inspection items, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and information of headphone products.
This standard is applicable to headphones or headphone-microphone sets used on or in human ears. It is also applicable to essential assembly parts of complete headphones, such as pre-amplifier, passive network and power supply.
This standard is not applicable to wireless headphones or noise cancelling headphones.

4 Operating Conditions and Measuring Conditions
4.1 Measuring conditions
4.1.1 Standard atmospheric conditions for test
Unless otherwise specified, the test method for each technical requirement in this standard shall be carried out under the following standard atmospheric conditions:
Ambient temperature: 15~35℃;
Relative humidity: 25~75%;
Air pressure: 86~106kPa.
4.1.2 Arbitration atmosphere conditions
In case of any dispute, the test shall be carried out under the following arbitration atmosphere conditions:
Ambient temperature: 20±1℃;
