1 Scope
This document specifies the organizational management, personnel, facilities and equipment conditions of enterprises for automobile maintenance and repair.
This document is applicable to the business record and management of Classes I and II enterprises for automobile maintenance and repair (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises").

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 5624 and the following apply.
3.1
the enterprise for automobile maintenance and repair
automobile maintenance and repair enterprise capable of maintaining, repairing and replacing the complete vehicle, each assembly and main parts of the repaired vehicle at all levels, so that the technical condition and running performance of the vehicle can be completely (or nearly completely) restored to the technical requirements of the original vehicle
Note: According to the size, it can be divided into Classes I and II automobile maintenance and repair enterprises.

3.2
small vehicle
passenger vehicle with a total length of no more than 6m and no more than 9 passengers, as well as cargo vehicles with a maximum designed total mass of no more than 3,500kg
3.3
large and medium passenger vehicle
passenger vehicle with a total length of more than 6m or more than 9 passengers
3.4
heavy-duty goods vehicle
vehicle parts of trucks, trailers, and specialized vehicles with a maximum designed total mass of more than 3,500kg
4 Organizational management conditions
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 A sound organizational management structure shall be established, with positions for operation, technology, business, quality, parts, inspection, archives, equipment, production, and safety and environmental protection management set up and responsible persons assigned.
4.1.2 There shall be current effective laws, regulations, rules and standards related to automobile maintenance and repair.
4.2 Operation management
4.2.1 A standardized business workflow shall be established, and the business acceptance procedures, service commitments and user complaint acceptance procedures shall be disclosed.
4.2.2 Business license, motor vehicle maintenance sign, maintenance quality guarantee period, price of commonly used parts, man-hour quota and man-hour unit price of commonly used operation items shall be clearly indicated in a conspicuous position.
4.2.3 A system for filing man-hour unit price, automobile maintenance contract, automobile maintenance expense settlement list, automobile maintenance record and statistical information submission shall be established and implemented.
4.2.4 The maintenance process, parts management, expense settlement and maintenance files shall be managed electronically, and the maintenance electronic data records of the repaired vehicles shall be filled in and uploaded according to JT/T 1132.2.
