1 Scope
This document specifies the general rules and operating conditions for special items for the enterprises for automobile comprehensive current repair and the enterprises for automobile maintenance and repair of special items.
This document is applicable to the operating filing and management of the enterprises for automobile comprehensive current repair and the enterprises for automobile maintenance and repair of special items.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 5624 and the following apply.

maintenance and repair enterprise engaged in automobile failure diagnosis and restoring automobile working ability by repairing or replacing individual parts, eliminating failures or hidden dangers occurring or found in the process of operation or maintenance of vehicles (Class III)

enterprises engaged in maintenance and repair operations of special items such as automobile engine maintenance and repair, body maintenance and repair, electrical system maintenance and repair, automatic transmission maintenance and repair, tire dynamic balance and repair, four-wheel alignment detection and adjustment, automobile lubrication and maintenance, fuel injection pump and injector maintenance, crankshaft grinding, cylinder boring and grinding, radiator maintenance and repair, air conditioning maintenance and repair, automotive beauty and decoration, as well as automotive glass installation and repair, etc. (Class III)

4 General
4.1 Organizational management
4.1.1 The documentation shall meet the requirements of 4.1.2 in GB/T 16739.1-2023.
4.1.2 The operating and management shall meet the requirements of 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 in GB/T 16739.1-2023, and the maintenance and repair files shall be managed electronically, filled in according to the requirements of JT/T 1132.2, and the maintenance and repair electronic data records of the repaired vehicles shall be uploaded.
4.1.3 Quality management shall meet the requirements of 4.3.1 and 4.3.4 in GB/T 16739.1-2023.
4.1.4 Safety management shall meet the requirements of 4.4 in GB/T 16739.1-2023.
4.1.5 The enterprises for automobile comprehensive current repair and the enterprises for automobile maintenance and repair of special items shall define the types of wastes and harmful wastes generated by them according to their operating, and establish and implement a management system of centralized collection, classified storage, effective treatment and keeping the environment clean and tidy that meets the requirements of environmental protection.
4.1.6 The storage area of harmful substances shall be clearly defined, and the isolation and control measures shall meet the requirements of environmental protection.
4.2 Personnel
4.2.1 For the enterprises for automobile comprehensive current repair and the enterprises for automobile maintenance and repair of special items, the number of personnel in key positions shall be commensurate with the scale of operating. Safety production management personnel shall be assigned, and safety production management personnel can serve part-time.
4.2.2 Personnel conditions shall meet the requirements of 5.2 to 5.5 in GB/T 16739.1-2023.
4.2.3 For the enterprises for automobile comprehensive current repair and the enterprises for automobile maintenance and repair of special items engaged in multiple operating items, the number of personnel shall not be less than the single operating item with the largest number of personnel required.
