Autoboosting caliber liquid nitrogen container
1 Scope
1.1 This Standard specifies the requirements in product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of austenitic stainless steel autoboosting caliber liquid nitrogen containers (hereinafter referred to as autoboosting containers).
1.2 This Standard is applicable to the design and manufacturing of autoboosting containers, applied with high vacuum multilayer insulation, used for storing and/or transporting liquid nitrogen, with a working pressure of less than 0.1 Mpa and an effective volume of 50L ~ 800L.
1.3 This Standard is not applicable to the following autoboosting containers:
—— Ones used for storage of liquid nitrogen under pressure;
—— Ones used for storage of liquid oxygen or other cryogenic liquids.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB 150.1~150.3 and GB/T 18442.3 and the following apply.
3.1
geometric volume
internal volume of the inner liner determined according to the designed geometric dimension minus the volume occupied by the inner parts
3.2
effective volume
maximum volume of liquid that is allowed to be filled in an inner liner in use
3.3
vacuum designed life
normal service life of container interlayer vacuum determined in the design, which is the time interval from the container leaving the factory to the moment when the static evaporation rate exceeds the upper limit value of the standard index by 60%
4 Classification
4.1 Autoboosting containers are classified into vertical and horizontal types.
4.2 The type of a container shall be determined according to the following requirements:
Example 1: YDZ-50 represents a vertical autoboosting container with an effective volume of 50L.
Example 2: YDZ-200W represents a horizontal autoboosting container with an effective volume of 200L.
4.3 See Annex A for the types and specifications of autoboosting containers.
4.4 The structures of autoboosting containers are shown in Figures 1 and 2.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 General
5.1.1 The use ambient temperature of autoboosting containers shall be -20℃ to 50℃;
