This standard replaces GB/T 16939-1997 High strength bolts for joints of space grid structures, and the following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 16939-1997:
——Thread standards cited have been unified as GB/T 193 and GB/T 9145 (see Clause 2);
——Bolt specifications for M22, M33 and M52 have been deleted;
——Bolt specifications for M68×4, M72×4, M76×4, M80×4 and M85×4 have been added;
——35VB steel and Annex B have been deleted;
——42CrMo steel has been added.
