1 Scope
This standard specifies the acceptance inspection in manufacture and assembly of amusement devices and the requirements to be complied with.
This standard is applicable to the acceptance inspection of manufacturing and installation entity.

3 Basic Requirements
3.1 The enterprise shall have sound inspection and management system and inspection responsibility system.
3.2 The regulation documents and current product standards shall be complete and valid.
3.3 Inspection organization and personnel
3.3.1 The enterprise shall establish independent inspection organization (division, department, group, etc.) and allocate sufficient inspection personnel to take charge of the amusement device inspection work.
3.3.2 Those with certain technical level and practical experience shall be selected as inspection personnel.
3.3.3 The inspection personnel shall be responsible for the inspection result and qualification conclusion.
3.3.4 The inspection personnel shall be familiar with relevant apparatuses, standards and regulations, learn about the process flow and able to use inspection instruments skillfully.
3.4 Inspection instruments
3.4.1 The management system and machine account of inspection instruments shall be established.
3.4.2 The enterprise shall be equipped with the inspection instruments matching with the products.
3.4.3 The performance and precision of inspection instruments shall meet the inspection requirements.
3.4.4 Establish the inspection instrument verification period table; the in-service inspection instruments must be verified periodically so as to ensure the accuracy and validity of issued data.
3.4.5 Where international or national standards are not available for calibration or verification, the relevant regulation shall be prepared and be complied with for calibration or verification.
3.4.6 Inspection instruments shall be calibrated prior to use.
3.4.7 Where the inspection instruments are found inconsistent with the requirements, the validity of previous inspection results shall be evaluated.
3.4.8 The inspection instruments shall be preserved by designated person.
4 Material Acceptance and Inspection
4.1 The adopted metallic materials shall comply with the requirements of relevant national standard or professional standard.
4.2 The purchased important metallic raw materials (such as high-quality carbon steel and alloy steel, etc.) shall be provided with material certificate and shall be sampled and inspected if necessary.
4.3 The mechanical properties and heat treatment properties, etc. of the metallic materials used for important machinery parts shall be able to meet the requirements of working condition.
4.4 Where nonferrous materials are used, their abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and lubricating property shall meet the operation requirements under working condition.
4.5 Forgings and castings shall meet the requirements of relevant national standards.
4.6 Where nonmetallic materials are used, all of their properties shall be able to meet the requirements of working conditions.
4.7 Where wooden materials are adopted, their water content shall not be larger than 18%. The wood parts used in important parts shall have flame-retardant and anticorrosion treatment, if necessary.
