3 Requirements
3.1 Axis Bearing
3.1.1 The relative movement part of axis bearing to contact face shall be arranged with lubricating measures, and be convenient for applying anti-friction material. The relative movement part under the rated load shall not have dripping; and the part without relative movement shall not have oil leak.
3.1.2 Under rated load, the temperature rise of the rolling axis bearing after heating and being stable shall not be greater than 30℃, and the maximal temperature shall not be greater than 65℃. The temperature rise on the oil hole of gliding axis bearing shall not be greater than 35℃, and the Maximal temperature hereof shall not be greater than 70℃.
3.2 Bolt and Pin Roll Connection
3.2.1 The bolt connection for spares shall be firm and stable, and the measure to prevent loosening shall be arranged for key connection.
3.2.2 When spares adopt pin roll connection, the measure to prevent falling out shall be taken.
3.3 Welding
3.3.1 The welding electrodes for manual welding shall meet the requirements of GB/T 5117, GB/T 5118 and GB/T 983. The type of the welding electrode adopted shall match with the material of main component and load stressed in weld joint.
3.3.2 The basic form and dimension of welding point shall meet the requirements of GB/T 985.
3.3.3 The qualification of welding procedure shall be conducted for the welding between dissimilar steels.
3.3.4 The weld joint (seam) shall be free from the defects like weld missing, burn-off, crimping, crack, air cavity, cinder inclusion, inadequate penetration and severe crimping, and burr and cinder shall be cleared away.
