This standard specifies the general principles and contents of handover and acceptance of project carried out by the supplier and the purchaser after site installation, commissioning and normal power generation of wind turbine generator system. It aims at providing unified method for the determination of safety, power characteristic, power quality, noise and other performance of the unit.
This standard is applicable to the finalized wind turbine generator system with swept area of wind rotor greater than or equal to 40m2, while not applicable to the acceptance of developed sample machine and newly developed product.
