General specification for stepping motors
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, delivery preparation and user service of stepping motors.
This document is applicable to the design and manufacture of permanent magnet, hybrid and reluctance stepping motors.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB 2900.26-2008 and the following apply.
3.1
rated current
effective value of the current supplied to the winding wire of the stepping motor when the holding torque is generated
3.2
rated power supplied condition
state of power supply of stepping motor according to rated current and specified distribution mode
3.3
no-load pull-in frequency
maximum pulse frequency without out-of-step for no-load starting of stepping motor
3.4
pull-in frequency
starting frequency
maximum pulse frequency of stepping motor starting with specified load without out-of-step operation
3.5
pull-out frequency
running frequency
maximum pulse frequency of stepping motor running with specified load without out-of-step
4 Basic parameters
4.1 Model designation
The model designation of stepping motor (hereinafter referred to as motor) shall meet the requirements of GB/T 10405 or special technical conditions for products.
4.2 Voltage class
DC voltages 6V, 9V, 12V, 24V, 27V, 36V, 48V, 60V, 80V, 110V are preferred for driving voltage classes.
