——The standard name is changed to “Refrigerant compressor for automobile air conditioning” (see the front cover; front cover of 2008 Edition);
——Limits for refrigerating performance coefficient and noise of compressors are modified (see 5.7 and 5.8; 5.7 and 5.8 of Edition 2008);
——Requirements and test methods for the internal cleanliness, corrosion resistance, thermal cycle, durability, vibration resistance and the like of compressors are modified (see clause 5 and clause 6; clause 5 and clause 6 of Edition 2008);
——Test conditions of compressors are modified (see 6.2; 6.2 of Edition 2008);
——Test methods for the compression strength of compressors are modified (see 6.3; 6.3 of Edition 2008);
——The method of detecting leakage by using helium is added in the leakage test of compressors (see 6.4).
This standard was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.

3.2
semi-hermetically refrigerant compressor
a kind of refrigerant compressor without shaft seal, which may be dismantled on the site for maintenance of internal parts
3.3
hermetically refrigerant compressor
a kind of refrigerant compressor with the compressor or motor installed in a firmly welded or brazed enclosure
3.4
variable displacement refrigerant compressor
a kind of refrigerant compressor enabling the displacement adjustable by mechanical and (or) electrical methods
4 Type and basic parameters
4.1 Type
By the structural type, compressors may be classified into:
——open-type compressor;
——semi-hermetically compressor;

4.2 Basic parameters
The basic parameters of compressor include model, used refrigerant, used lubricant type, refrigerating capacity, input power and noise, etc.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
Compressors shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved via established procedure (or through negotiation between the user and manufacturer).
For the semi-hermetically (hermetically) compressor, its heating capacity, exciting force, voltage fluctuation resistance, electromagnetic compatibility, the alternate humidity of compressor body, the insulation resistance of motor stator winding to enclosure, the voltage resistance of motor stator winding to enclosure, enclosure protection class and performance of drive controller shall be in accordance with GB/T 22068.
5.2 Appearance
The paint film of the paint spraying part of a compressor shall be uniform and firm, and free of defects such as bubbles, peeling, exposed bottom and bumps; the casting surface shall be flat and smooth. The wire sheath of a semi-hermetically (hermetically) compressor shall not be broken and the connector shall not be deformed or damaged.
5.3 Compression strength
The compressor shall be free from leakage and abnormal deformation.
Note: In this test, the tolerance of each rubber sealing element may not be taken as an assessment requirement.
5.4 Leakage
The leakage amount of a compressor shall not be greater than 14g/a.
5.5 Internal cleanliness
The internal cleanliness of a compressor shall meet the following requirements:
a) the cleanliness of an open-type compressor shall meet those specified in Table 1;
b) the cleanliness of a semi-hermetically (hermetically) compressor shall be in accordance with GB/T 22068.
