1 Scope
This Standard specifies the classification and labeling, raw materials and connection, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of glass fiber reinforced plastics jacking pipe (hereinafter referred to as GRP jacking pipe).
This Standard is applicable to GRP jacking pipe for underground construction by pipe jacking method, with the nominal diameter of 400mm~3,000mm, pressure class of 0.1MPa~1.0MPa and stiffness class of 15,000N/m2~100,000N/m2. The GRP jacking pipe with other nominal diameters, pressure classes and higher stiffness class may also refer to this Standard.
