1 Scope
This document specifies the grade, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation and storage of white corundum abrasives.
This document applies to the manufacture of solidified abrasives, coated abrasives use of white corundum abrasives.

4 Grades
The grades of white corundum abrasives are specified as follows:
--White corundum for ceramic bonded cemented and coated abrasives is available in grades WA;
--The grade of white corundum for organic bonded abrasives is WA-B.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of each grade should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 Particle size composition
The particle size composition of abrasives for solidified abrasives shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 2481 (all parts).
The particle size composition of abrasives for coated abrasives shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 9258 (all parts).
5.3 Density
F220(P220) and the density of coarse grain size should be not less than 3-90g/Cm3, F230(J240, P240) and the density of fine grain size should be not less than 3.85g/Cm3.
5.4 Ferroalloy grain content
F30 (P36) and coarser particle sizes are zero for ferroalloy grains that do not pass the 355μm mesh sieve; F36 to F90 (P40 to P100) are zero for ferroalloy grains that do not pass the size check at the bottom sieve; F100 to F220 (P120 to P220) are zero for ferroalloy grains that do not pass the size check at the second bottom sieve.
5.5 Magnetic content
The magnetic content of each product grade should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.

5.2 Particle size composition
The particle size composition of abrasives for solidified abrasives shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 2481 (all parts).
The particle size composition of abrasives for coated abrasives shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 9258 (all parts).
5.3 Density
F220(P220) and the density of coarse grain size should be not less than 3-90g/Cm3, F230(J240, P240) and the density of fine grain size should be not less than 3.85g/Cm3.
