Induction Cooker
1 Scope
This standard specifies the scope, terms and definitions, classification and designation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of household and similar induction cookers.
This standard is applicable to household and similar induction cookers.
Electromagnetic heating parts of gas-electric household and similar appliances shall meet the requirements of this standard.
This standard is not applicable to industrial induction cookers.
Requirements for concave cookers are under consideration.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
heating unit
the independent cooking and heating part on the worktop of the induction cooker where wares can be placed
3.2
standard pan
the specified pan for testing, the test container shown in Annex B is adopted
3.3
standard condition for testing
under the condition specified in 6.1, place the standard pan shown in Annex B in the middle of the heating part of the induction cooker, inject 20±5℃ water about 70% of the pan volume, the power knob or firepower regulation is set at the maximum position
