4 Requirements
4.1 Instructions for use
4.1.1 The instructions for use of finished products shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 5296.4 and GB 31701.
4.1.2 The specifications of finished products shall be marked as the full length × the wide end width, in centimeters or cm.
Example: (145×10) centimeters or (145×10) cm.
4.1.3 In their instructions for use, functional neckties should be indicated with their functions (such as water repellency and oil repellency) and grades as well as the test methods adopted.
4.2 Specifications and dimensions
4.2.1 The specifications and dimensions of the main parts of finished products may be designed according to needs.
4.2.2 The permissible specification and dimension deviation at main parts of finished products shall meet those specified in Table 1. The division of parts of finished products is shown in Figure 1.
