3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
lightweight panel
prefabricated panel with a length of not less than 2.2m, an aspect ratio of not less than 2, made of lightweight materials or light construction, with an area density not greater than the values specified in this document and adopting mechanized production
3.2
hollow panel
lightweight panel with several through holes along the length direction of the panel
3.3
solid panel
lightweight panel without holes
3.4
composite sandwich panel
panel made by compounding two or more materials with different properties or by compounding panel board and sandwich materials
3.5
lightweight concrete panel
prefabricated concrete panel made by using cement as the cementitious material, reinforced with steel bars, steel wire mesh, short cut fibers or other materials, mixed with lightweight aggregates or admixtures such as pumice, ceramic particles, fly ash, coal gangue, slag, and recycled aggregates, or formed by foaming technology
4 Classification, specifications and marking
4.1 Classification and code
According to material types, lightweight panel are classified into lightweight concrete panel (hereinafter referred to as "concrete panel"), lightweight cement panel (hereinafter referred to as "cement panel"), gypsum hollow panel (hereinafter referred to as "gypsum panel"), sintered hollow panel (hereinafter referred to as "sintered panel"), foamed ceramic lightweight panel (hereinafter referred to as "foamed ceramic panel"), foamed ceramic composite panel, panel of cement polystyrene particle, composite panel of cement polystyrene particle, composite panel of aluminum honeycomb (hereinafter referred to as "panel of aluminum honeycomb"), composite panel of paper honeycomb (hereinafter referred to as "panel of paper honeycomb"), multi-ribbed glass fiber reinforced cement composite panel (hereinafter referred to as "multi-ribbed glass fiber reinforced cement composite panel"); according to the cross-sectional structure, they can be classified into hollow panel, solid panel and composite sandwich panel; according to the type of component of the panel, they can be classified into ordinary panel, door and window frame panel, and irregular panel. See Table 1 for the classification and code of lightweight panels.
