GB/T 23502-2009 Determination of ochratoxin A in food-High performance liquid chromatographic method with immunoaffinity column clean-up (English Version)
1 Scope
This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatographic method with immunoaffinity column clean-up for the determination of ochratoxin A content in foods.
This standard is applicable to the determination of ochratoxin A content in grain and grain products, liquor, soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products.
The detection limit by the method specified in this standard: that of grain and grain products is 1.0μg/kg, that of liquor is 0.1μg/kg and that of soy sauce, vinegar, sauce and sauce products is 0.5μg/kg.

3 Method Summary
Extract the ochratoxin A in the specimen with extract, purify it with immunoaffinity column, then determine it with high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detector and quantitate it by external standard method.
4 Reagents and Materials
Unless otherwise specified, analytically pure reagents and Grade 1 water (specified in GB/T 6682) are adopted.
4.1 Methanol: chromatographically pure.
