Sports shoes for basketball and volleyball 1 Scope This standard specifies requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the sports shoes for basketball and volleyball. However, in absence of lining or insole, the upper or midsole is the material in direct contact with skin. b White is not assessed. 4 Test methods 4.1 Test conditions They shall meet the requirements of GB/T 2941 and HG/T 2198. 4.2 Abrasion resistance of the outsole In accordance with the requirements of Method A in GB/T 9867-2008, position of force on the outsole, i.e., the flex position of the metatarsophalangeal (MP) joints on front sole and the part of rear sole, is taken for test. When the test position has obvious pattern with a depth of more than 0.5 mm, a proper method may be adopted for polishing the surface of the pattern before sampling, and shall be specified in the report. 4.3 Slip resistance of the outsole It shall meet the requirements of dry-process procedures given in Method 2 in Sub-clause 8.2.1 of HG/T 3780-2005. 4.4 Non-marking property of the outsole It shall meet the requirements of GB/T 24129. 4.5 Upper sole adhesion It shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21396. 4.6 Flex resistance of the whole shoes 4.6.1 It shall meet the requirements of Method B in HG/T 2871-2008, without cutting. 4.6.2 The flex position is at 70% of the shoe length. As shown in Figure 1, the vertical axis XY of the outsole is marked, its perpendicular line AC is made on XY at 70% away from the back point. AC is the flex line, Points A and C shall be marked with a marker pen on both sides of the test sample; the above two points are flex positions.
