1 Scope
This standard specifies terms and definitions, product classification and designation, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of non-directional self-ballasted LED-lamps for general lighting service.
This standard is applicable to non-directional self-ballasted LED-lamps, integrating all elements for stable operation, for domestic and similar general lighting purposes.
The range of application is as follows:
— a rated wattage up to 60 W;
— a rated voltage (AC) of up to 250V, 50Hz;
— a screw lamp cap according to GB/T 1406.1 or a bayonet lamp cap according to GB/T 1406.5.
Note: Unless otherwise specified, "lamp" in this standard represents "non-directional self-ballasted LED-lamps for general lighting service".
Lamps which comply with this standard shall start and operate satisfactorily at voltages between 92% and 106% of rated supply voltage and at an ambient air temperature of between -20℃ and 45℃.

3.1 self-ballasted LED lamp
unit which cannot be dismantled without being permanently damaged, provided with a lamp cap and incorporating a LED light source and any additional elements necessary for starting and stable operation of the light source
3.2 directional lighting
lamp with more than 80% light output at a solid angle of π sr (equivalent to solid angle of 120° of taper conical angle)
3.3 non-directional lighting
lamp with less than 80% light output at a solid angle of π sr (equivalent to solid angle of 120° of taper conical angle)
3.4 non-directional self-ballasted LED lamp
self-ballasted LED-lamps with the characteristics of non-directional lighting lamps
3.5 Initial value
Photometric and color parameters at the end of the ageing period of 1000h
3.6 power factor
the ratio between measured active power of lamp to the product of input voltage (r.m.s) and input current (r.m.s)
3.7 early failure
failures of lamp, such as no light-emitting, obvious flicker or luminous flux reduction in the ageing period of 1000h
3.8 average life(life to 50% failures)
length of time during which a complete LED-lamp no longer provides 50% (or 70%) of the rated luminous flux, under standard test conditions
3.9 lumen maintenance
Luminous flux at a given time in the life of a LED-lamp divided by the initial value of the luminous flux of the lamp and expressed as a percentage of the initial luminous flux
