1 Scope This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, storage etc. of radiator for converter of electric locomotive and electric motor units. Liquid refers to the mixed solution made up with anti-freezing solution and purified water according to certain proportion (hereinafter referred to as "water") while gas refers to air. 3.2 primary radiator The equipment transmitting the heat energy of heating component of semiconductor device to water cooling medium.
