1 Scope
This part of GB/T 25388 specifies relevant terms and definitions, general technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and relevant product information of AC-DC-AC voltage source converter of double-fed variable speed constant frequency wind turbine generator system.
This part is applicable to AC-DC-AC voltage source converter of double-fed variable speed constant frequency wind turbine generator system, i.e. double-fed converter (hereinafter referred to as "converter").

generator-side converter
the three-phase fully controlled bridge static converter connected with the rotor side of double-fed generator, realizing decoupling control for active power and reactive power of double-fed generator
3.1.2
line-side converter
the three-phase fully controlled bridge static converter connected with three-phrase line side, realizing DC link voltage control and line-side power factor control
3.1.3
DC link
the DC circuit connected between generator-side converter and line-side converter
3.1.4
Double-fed converter
the converter composed of generator-side converter, DC link and line-side converter, realizing bidirectional flow of energy (hereinafter referred to as "converter")

Converter parameters
3.2.1
line-side converter rated current
the root-mean-square value of the maximum fundamental current not exceeding the limit which may be continuously supplied by line-side converter under the rated operating conditions
