This is Part 1 of GB/T 25389.
This part is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part replaces GB/T 25389.1-2010 Wind turbine - Low-speed permanent magnet synchronous generator - Part 1: Technical conditions.
The following main technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 25389.1-2010:

1 Scope
This part of GB/T 25389 specifies the main types, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, service life, etc. of permanent magnet synchronous generators for wind turbines connected to the grid via converters.

4 Model, type and basic requirements
4.1 The generator model consists of product code, specification code and supplementary code successively according to GB/T 4831.
Model preparation method:
4.2 The generator is generally manufactured according to the rated voltage required by the wind turbines, and recommended voltages are as follows:
4.3 The stator winding connection is of star-shape. There are usually 3N (N is 1, 2, 3, ...) outlet connectors. The time phase sequence of stator winding at the outlet terminal is determined in turn according to the rotation direction of the generator and is marked as U, V, W... The output terminals of three-phase or multi-phase windings may be adopted.
4.4 The insulation grade of the generator is generally 155(F) or above.
4.5 The generator quota is a continuous one based on the continuous duty (S1).
4.6 The structure and installation type of the generator shall comply with those specified in GB/T 997.
4.7 The degree of protection provided by the generator enclosure shall meet the requirements of the wind turbines, and comply with GB/T 4942.1.
4.8 The generator shall be provided with a reliable cooling method, and comply with GB/T 1993. The coolant used shall not damage the generator.
4.9 The sliding bearing or rolling bearing may be used for the generator, and measures such as bearing insulation may be taken as required.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 The generator shall meet the requirements of this part and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through established procedures.
5.2 The generator shall be able to operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) the altitude does not exceed 2,000m;
b) the ambient air temperature shall be -20℃~40℃, and not lower than -40℃ in cold areas (when the user clearly proposes the requirements for low-temperature environment);
c) the maximum monthly average air relative humidity of the wettest month shall not be greater than 95%, and the minimum monthly average temperature of this month shall not be greater than 25℃.
