This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as labelling, packaging, transportation and storage of zinc sulphate for feed additive.
This standard is applicable to feed additive zinc sulphate produced by reaction of zinciferous materials and sulphuric acid.
Molecular formula: ZnSO4•nH2O.
Relative atomic mass: 179.47 (n=1), 287.56 (n=7) (as per 2007 international relative atomic mass).
