1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements of the road isolation device cleaning car, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions, accompanying documents, transport and storage.
This document applies to the use of fixed type two car chassis modified for cleaning the road isolation device cleaning car. Selected other chassis modified road isolation device cleaning car reference.

3 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General rules
4.1.1 Road isolation device cleaning vehicles shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 All parts, assemblies and systems of the road isolation device cleaning vehicle shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturing enterprise before assembly.
4.2 General requirements
4.2.1 Road isolation device cleaning car surface should be smooth and flat, there should be no obvious dents and hammer marks, exposed black metal surface should be anti-rust treatment, using paint coating treatment should be not less than QC/T 484 in TQ3 A provisions, the use of plating and chemical treatment layer should be in line with the provisions of QC/T 625.
4.2.2 The welding quality of the road isolation device cleaning vehicle shall conform to the requirements of JB/T 5943.
4.2.3 The tightening torque of the general coupling and fasteners of the road isolation device cleaning vehicle shall be executed according to the provisions of QC/T518, and the tightening torque of the important parts shall meet the design requirements.
4.2.4 The pipelines of oil, gas, water and electric circuits should be firmly clamped, and the pipelines should not rub or interfere with the moving parts, and at the same time should keep a safe distance from the high temperature parts of the engine or take effective heat insulation protection measures.
4.2.5 Your electric control switch should be flexible, return to normal, the indicators, lighting and instruments should work normally.
4.2.6 The operation button or handle should have intuitive operation markings, the operation markings, safety markings should be clear and complete, and fixed in the corresponding easy to see position.
4.2.7 Road isolation device cleaning vehicle operational reliability test time should not be less than 150 h, reliability should not be less than 80%, and should not appear in Appendix A of a failure.
4.2.8 Pure electric road isolation device cleaning vehicle should also comply with the relevant provisions of QC/T 1087.
4.2.9 The basic parameters of the road isolation device cleaning vehicle shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
4.3 Safety requirements
4.3.1 Road isolation device cleaning vehicle operating safety requirements should be in line with the relevant provisions of GB 7258.
4.3.2 Road isolation device cleaning vehicle outline size, axle load and mass parameters should be in line with the provisions of GB 1589.
4.3.3 road isolation device cleaning car should be equipped with reverse camera, the side of the car should be equipped with a surveillance camera, the cab should be equipped with a monitoring screen, the surveillance camera should be able to monitor the status of the cleaning device in real time.

a) in the operating state flashing;
b) light colour is yellow, its colour coordinates in line with the requirements of GB 13954-2009 5.6;
c) luminous intensity in line with GB13954-2009 in 5.7 in the secondary luminous intensity requirements;
d) the number of lamps does not exceed 4.
4.4 Environmental requirements
4.4.1 Road isolation device cleaning vehicle auxiliary engine (diesel engine) emissions should comply with the relevant provisions of GB 20891 and HJ 1014. 4.4.2 road isolation device cleaning vehicle acceleration, the maximum allowable noise outside the vehicle should comply with the provisions of GB 1495.
4.4.3 The noise outside the vehicle should not be greater than 88 dB(A) when the road isolation device cleaning vehicle operation.
4.5 Special devices
4.5.1 Washing devices
4.5.1.1 The upper and lower adjustment and lateral adjustment of the cleaning device shall be not less than 100 mm.
4.5.1.2 Under normal working conditions, the angle of swing of the cleaning device in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal plane of the vehicle to the inside and outside shall be not less than 5°. 4.5.1.3 The adjustment distance of the internal and external cleaning mechanism of the double-sided cleaning device shall be not less than 100 mm.
4.5.1.4 The clearance of the cleaning device from the ground shall be not less than 200 mm and shall be reliably locked. 4.5.1.5 The double-sided cleaning device shall be fitted with an external waterproof guard.
4.5.1.6 Washing devices installed in the front of the vehicle, should not affect the vehicle lights, number plates.
4.5.2 Auxiliary power unit
Auxiliary power unit should be installed to show the engine or motor working condition of the instrument, instrument and secondary engine or secondary motor control device should be convenient for the driver to observe and operate.
4.5.3 Water tank (tank)
4.5.3.1 The water tank (tank) should not have leakage, and it is desirable to set up a wave-proof device inside.
4.5.4 Hydraulic systems
4.5.4.1 The hydraulic system shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3766. 4.5.4.2 The hydraulic system shall be equipped with safety valves and other overload protection devices.
4.5.4.3 The hydraulic oil grade shall be selected to meet the requirements of the normal operation of the hydraulic system, the system shall be equipped with a filter, and the limit value of solid particle contamination of the hydraulic oil shall conform to the provisions of QC/T 29104.
4.5.4.4 road isolation device cleaning vehicle after 2h continuous cleaning operations, the highest oil temperature in the hydraulic oil tank should not exceed 80 ℃. 4.5.4.5 in 1.1 times the rated working pressure to maintain 10 min, there should be no leakage, it is appropriate to set the hydraulic oil leakage alarm device.
4.5.4.6 The action cylinder installed on the cleaning device should be able to stay in any position, and the cylinder rod should stay in any position for 30 min, and its expansion and contraction should be no more than 5 mm.
4.5.5 Water circuit system
4.5.5.1 The water system shall be free from leakage and shall be equipped with an anti-freeze drainage device. 4.5.5.2 Pipes and valves shall be firmly installed, well sealed and free from leakage. 4.5.5.3 The water pump shall operate smoothly and without abnormal noise.
4.5.5.4 The lowest part of the pump body should be set up with a water release valve or water release screw plug.
4.5.5.5 The water inlet of the pump should be filtered, and the filter should be easy to clean. 4.5.5.6 The water interface should comply with the provisions of GB12514.1.
4.5.5.7 The nozzle should flow smoothly, spraying rules, uniform.
5 Test methods
5.1 Basic performance test
The basic performance test of the road isolation device cleaning vehicle is carried out according to the provisions of QC/T 252. Equipped with a sub-engine road isolation device cleaning vehicle, the application of the provisions of the manual for its break-in.
5.2 Compulsory inspection
Road isolation device cleaning car mandatory inspection items in accordance with the relevant national regulations.
5.3 Electric vehicle performance test
The relevant performance test of the pure electric road isolation device cleaning vehicle is carried out in accordance with the provisions of QC/T 1087.
5.4 Cleaning height test
5.4.1 Test conditions
The vehicle shall be warmed up before the test starts, the ambient temperature shall be not less than 10 ℃, the wind speed shall be not more than 3 m/s, and the test road shall be smooth and wide.
6 Test rules
6.1 Inspection items
The inspection of road isolation device cleaning vehicle is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, factory inspection and type inspection inspection items are shown in Table 2.
7 Sign, instruction manual
7.1 Sign

4.4 Environmental requirements

5 Test methods
