7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection and acceptance
7.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier or a third party to ensure that the product conforms to the provisions of this document or the order form.
7.1.2 The supplier may inspect the products received. If the test results are not in accordance with the provisions of this document or the order form, they shall be submitted to the supplier within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products and shall be resolved by mutual agreement between the supplier and the demander; if arbitration is required, samples shall be taken by mutual agreement for arbitration and shall be carried out jointly by the supplier and the demander.

7.3 Inspection items
Each batch shall be inspected for chemical composition, dimensions and appearance quality.
7.4 Sampling and preparation of samples
7.4.1 Samples for chemical composition analysis: not less than two samples shall be cut at random from the product using shearing equipment. A sample is placed in the ratio of V (nitric acid); V (deionized water) = 1:1 nitric acid solution (nitric acid purity requirements of analytical purity above) soaked in 1 min ~ 2 min, and then fully washed with deionized water to remove surface dirt and residual acid and dry to prevent oxidation, vacuum packaging with aluminum plastic bags for testing institutions for chemical composition analysis. The rest of the sample is kept as a secondary sample for arbitration or other needs.
7.4.2 The external quality and dimensions shall be inspected piece by piece.
7.5 Determination of test results
7.5.1 The analysis results shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8170, and the modified value comparison method shall be used for determination. 7.5.2 If the results of the chemical composition analysis do not conform to the provisions of this document and the order form, the batch shall be judged to be unqualified. 7.5.3 If the appearance quality and dimensions do not conform to the provisions of this document or the order form, the batch shall be judged to be unqualified. 7.5.4 If the chemical composition analysis does not conform to the provisions of this document and the order form, the batch shall be judged to be unqualified.
