Preface
This document is drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
This document replaces GB/T26525-2011 Refined Chlorinated Diamond, and changes the indicators of the content of diamond, water insoluble matter, oil content, and the content of 10 impurities metal ions such as nickel (see 5.2 4.2 in 2011) with GB/T 26525;
——Potentiometric titration is added to the determination of cobalt content (see 6.3.1);
——The indexes and test methods of aluminum, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, lithium, sodium and magnetic foreign matter content are added (see 5.2, 6.4);
——The test method of impurity metal ions is changed to inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (see 6.4, 5.5, 2011 edition)
5.6、5.7、5.9)。

5 Technical requirements
5.1 Appearance: red or purplish red crystal.
5.2 Refined cobalt chloride shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
6 Test method
6.1 General provisions
The reagents and water used in this document refer to analytical pure reagents and Grade III water specified in GB/T 6682-2008 when no other requirements are specified. The standard titration solution, impurity standard solution, preparation and products used in the test shall be prepared according to HG/T3696.1, HG/T 3696.2 and HG/T 3696.3 when no other requirements are specified.
6.2 Appearance inspection
Under natural light, determine the appearance of the sample by visual method on a watch glass or white porcelain plate on a white substrate.
6.3 Determination of cobalt content
6.3.1 Potentiometric titration (arbitration method)
6.3.1.1 Principle
7 Inspection rules
7.1 All items specified in the requirements of this document are factory inspection items, which shall be inspected batch by batch.
7.2 Refined cobalt chloride of the same grade produced continuously or in the same team with the same materials and basically the same production conditions by the production enterprise is a batch. Each batch of products shall not exceed 40 t.
7.3 Determine the number of sampling units according to the provisions of GB/T 6678. When sampling, insert the sampler vertically from the top of the packaging bag to 3/4 of the depth of the material layer for sampling. The sample taken from each bag shall not be less than 50 g; Mix the collected samples evenly, reduce them to about 1000 g by quartering, put them into two dry and clean wide-mouth bottles or plastic bags, seal them, affix labels and indicate; Name of manufacturer, product name, grade, batch number, sampling date, and name of sampler. One bottle (bag) is used for inspection, and the other bottle (bag) is kept for future reference. The storage time is determined by the manufacturer according to the actual situation.
7.4 If any index of the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this document, it shall be re-sampled from twice the quantity of packaging for re-inspection. Even if only one index of the re-inspection result does not meet the requirements of this document, the whole batch of products will be unqualified.
7.5 The rounding value comparison method specified in GB/T 8170 is used to determine whether the inspection results meet the standard.
8 Signs and labels
8.1 The package of refined chlorinated drill shall have firm and clear marks, including the manufacturer's name, address, product name, grade, net content, batch number (or production date), the document number, and the "rain proof" and "sun proof" signs specified in Chapter 2 of GB/T 191-2008.
8.2 Each batch of refined chlorinated drill delivered from the factory shall be attached with a quality certificate. The contents include: manufacturer's name, address, product name, grade, net content, batch number (or production date), certificate of product quality compliance with this document and the document number.
9 Packaging, transportation and storage
9.1 Refined cobalt chloride adopts double-layer packaging, the inner packaging adopts polyethylene plastic film bags, and the outer packaging adopts plastic woven bags. The inner bag of the package shall be sealed with Vinylon rope or other ropes of equivalent quality, or with other equivalent methods. The outer bag is sewn with a sewing machine, which is firm without leakage or jumper. The net content of each bag is 25 kg, which can also be packaged according to the specifications currently requested by users.
9.2 Refined cobalt chloride shall be covered during transportation to prevent the mouth from rain and moisture.
9.3 Refined chlorinated drill shall be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse to prevent sunshine, rain and moisture.
9.4 The shelf life of refined chlorinated drill shall not be less than 6 months from the date of production under the conditions of packaging, transportation and secondary storage of this document.
