1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of audio video system on board.
This standard is applicable to the integrated audio video system on board installed within the position specified in the vehicle design with the dimension of TFT LCD video image display on board less than or equal to 10.2 in.
The video performance requirements and test methods in this standard are mainly applicable to PAL system images in China, and may also be used as reference for other image systems (NTSC, etc.).

pixel defect dot due to which the LCD in black level state is unable to shade and be dimmed caused by manufacturing, damage or other reasons, i.e., non-extinguishing dot of LCD

linear defects on the surface of DVD/CD caused by scratching by hard objects

fingerprints
fingerprint defects left on the surface of DVD/CD due to improper handling

eccentricity
maximum radial deviation between the edge when the DVD/CD is stationary and that when the DVD/CD is rotating
3.10
vertical deviation
deviation between the outer circumference of the disc and the vertical direction of the central hole due to the warp of DVD/CD, which will lead to slight up-and-down deflection of the disc surface when rotating
