1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of solid beverages.
This standard is applicable to solid beverages defined in clause 3.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
solid beverages
solid products made of food raw and auxiliary materials, food additives, etc. in powder, granule or block form for blending or brewing drinking
3.2
creamer
powdery products made by processing of main raw materials such as sugar (including table sugar and starch sugar) and/or syrup and edible oil, with or without adding raw and auxiliary materials and additives for food like milk or milk products
4 Product classification
4.1 Powdered flavored beverage
Solid beverages made by processing one or more substances such as edible essence (perfume), sweeteners (including table sugar and starch sugar), sweeteners, sour agent, creamer and the like as the main means to adjust flavor, with or without adding other raw and auxiliary materials and additives for food.
Note: Powdered flavored beverage may include fruit-flavored solid beverages, milk-flavored solid beverages, tea-flavored solid beverages, coffee-flavored solid beverages, and fermented-flavored solid beverages.
4.2 Powdered fruit/ vegetable beverage
Solid beverages made by processing main raw materials such as fruits and/ or vegetables (including edible roots, stems, leaves, flowers and fruits) or their products, with or without adding other raw and auxiliary materials and additives for food.
