Testing code for power converter of electrochemical energy storage system
1 Scope
This standard specifies the testing items, testing conditions, testing devices, testing procedures, etc. for power conversion system (PCS) of electrochemical energy storage system.
This standard is applicable to the low-voltage three-phase PCSs with electrochemical cells as energy storage carriers, with the DC side voltage not exceeding 1,000V.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
power conversion system; PCS
device connected between the battery system and the grid (and/or load) in an electrochemical energy storage system to achieve bi-directional conversion of electrical energy
3.2
constant current charge
charge during which the current remains constant
3.3
constant voltage charge
charge during which the voltage remains constant
3.4
stabilized current precision
ratio between the maximum fluctuation value and set value of the output current of a PCS when its DC side output current remains stable at any value within its rating range, with the battery energy storage system in a constant current charge state
3.5
stabilized voltage precision
ratio between the maximum fluctuation value and set value of the output voltage of a PCS when its DC side output current varies within its rating range and its output voltage remains stable at any value within the regulable range, with the battery energy storage system in a constant voltage charge state
