本标准规定了天然钠基膨润土防水毯的标记、一般要求、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、贮存与运输。
本标准适用于轨道交通工程中防水用、以天然钠基膨润土为主要原材料及用针刺覆膜法制作的防水毯（GCL-OF）。
本标准不适用于存在高浓度电解质溶液的轨道交通工程。
