3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations
3.1 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1.1
private digital mobile radio
digital mobile radio with an external antenna port, which has a working frequency range of 25~1,000MHz, and is used as a private mobile communication network in the ground, inland river or coastal areas
Note: Private digital mobile radio includes base station/repeater, mobile station (on-board), portable station and other equipment.
3.1.2
base station
private digital mobile radio in mobile communication, which has an external antenna port, and is dedicated as a central station
3.1.3
repeater
private digital mobile radio transfer equipment with an external antenna port, which can enhance the signal and expand the communication range during the radio signal transmission by digital mobile radio
3.1.4
mobile station
private digital mobile radio with an external antenna port, which is usually installed on and powered by vehicles and ships, etc.
3.1.5
portable station
private digital mobile radio with an external antenna port, convenient for carrying (portable or wearing) and powered by the built-in power supply of the equipment

4 Test conditions
4.1 Equipment classification
Base station and repeater equipment shall meet the limit requirements of Class A equipment.
Portable station and mobile station (on-board) equipment shall meet the limit requirements of Class B equipment.
See GB/T 9254 for limit requirements of Class A and Class B equipment.
4.2 General conditions
EUT shall be tested under normal test environment, and the test layout shall be as close as possible to normal or typical actual operating state. The test conditions shall be recorded in the report.
For emission test:
——under normal working conditions, the test shall be carried out when EUT causes the greatest disturbance within the test frequency band;
——the measured continuous radiation disturbance shall be maximized, for example, through the cables of mobile equipment, etc.;
——all transmitters of the EUT shall transmit at full power;
——by setting the carrier frequency signal, the intermediate working frequency in EUT working frequency band shall be selected for test.
For immunity test: under normal working conditions, the test layout shall be as close as possible to normal or typical actual operating state.
If the EUT is a part of the system or connected with the ancillary equipment, it shall be connected with the ancillary equipment with the minimum typical configuration during the test, and the ports connected with the ancillary equipment shall be activated.
As for the immunity test of ancillary equipment, if there are no independent passing or failing criteria, the ancillary equipment shall be connected with transmitter, receiver or transceiver for judgment.
The working mode and configuration adopted in the test shall be accurately recorded in the test report.
If the equipment is provided with a large number of ports, a sufficient number of ports shall be selected to ensure that they can simulate the actual situation and different types of ports can be tested.
The port in normal working mode shall be connected to the ancillary equipment or connected to the terminal impedance of the analog ancillary equipment via cable.
The RF input and output ports shall be correctly terminated.
The cable connected to the antenna port or the terminated cable of the EUT shall not affect the test result.
The maintenance port does not need to be terminated unless required by the EUT in the test layout.
4.3 Test layout
Communication links shall be established with appropriate mobile station simulators or analog controllers (hereinafter referred to as "test system") according to different EUT configurations. The test system shall be placed outside the test environment.
When the EUT is in receiving/transmitting mode, the following conditions shall be met:
——the transmitter shall operate in the maximum output power state;
——appropriate measures shall be taken to avoid the influence of RF signal on the EUT in immunity test.

4 Test conditions
4.1 Equipment classification
Base station and repeater equipment shall meet the limit requirements of Class A equipment.
Portable station and mobile station (on-board) equipment shall meet the limit requirements of Class B equipment.
