3.1
integrated circuit card device for lifts
electronic system or network that uses identification technology to identify and authorize lift passengers, which is used to call lifts, provide the access of restricted floors, automatically register restricted floors and complete other functions
The identification methods of integrated circuit card device for lifts include IC card, ID card, CPU card, magnetic card, biometric identification (such as fingerprint, palm shape, face, iris, vein), password (such as characters, numbers, graphics), mobile terminal, etc.
3.2
restricted floor
floor where the passenger can only reach after passing identification
3.3
operation of integrated circuit card device for lifts
passenger reaching the restricted floor or calling lifts only after passing identification by the integrated circuit card device for lifts during the normal operation of the lift
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General
The integrated circuit card device for lifts shall meet the technical requirements of this clause. The lift equipped with integrated circuit card device for lifts shall also meet the requirements of GB/T 7588.1.
4.2 Service conditions
The normal service environment shall meet the following conditions:
a) The altitude shall not exceed 2,000m. Otherwise, it shall be corrected in accordance with GB/T 20645-2006.
b) The temperature shall be maintained at +5℃~+40℃.
c) The relative air humidity shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C; a high relative humidity is allowed at a low temperature, but in the wettest month, the monthly average minimum temperature shall not exceed +25°C, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity shall not exceed 90%. If condensation may occur on the integrated circuit card device for lifts, corresponding measures shall be taken.
d) The fluctuation of power supply voltage relative to rated voltage shall be within ±7%.
e) The ambient air shall not contain conductive dust, corrosive and flammable gases, and the pollution level shall not be higher than Grade 3 specified in GB/T 14048.1-2012.
4.3 Power supply
The power supply of integrated circuit card device for lifts shall be cut off by the main switch that meets the requirements of GB/T 7588.1-2020, 5.10.5.
4.4 Electrical faults
Any faulty integrated circuit card device for lifts shall not cause further danger. Possible faults include but are not limited to:
a) no voltage;
b) voltage drop;
c) disconnection of wire (conductor);
d) damage of insulation against ground or metal components;
e) short circuit or open circuit, change of parameter or function of electrical elements such as resistor, capacitor, and transistor.
4.5 Signal transmission
After completing identification, the integrated circuit card device for lifts shall input a signal into the lift control system. After receiving the signal from the integrated circuit card device for lifts, the lift control system shall be able to complete the corresponding action automatically or through the operation of passengers.
Serial communication (such as CAN and RS-485) should be adopted for signal transmission between the integrated circuit card device for lifts and the lift control system.
4.6 Functions
4.6.1 Basic functions
The integrated circuit card device for lifts shall at least include the following functions:
a) identification;
b) access management.
