1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of plastic and aluminum foil steaming composite films and bags for food packaging.
This document applies to plastic and aluminum foil as the base material compounded into a composite film for food packaging with steaming resistance, bags.

4 Classification
4.1 Classification by structure
According to the different structure can be divided into Class A and Class B, see Table 1.
4.2 Classification according to the use of temperature
According to the use of different temperatures can be divided into boiling level, semi-high temperature cooking level and high temperature cooking level, see Table 2.
5 Requirements
5.1 Appearance quality
Appearance quality should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.
5.2 Printing quality 5.2.1 Gravure printing
Gravure printing quality should comply with the provisions of GB/T 7707.
5.2.2 Flexographic printing
Flexographic printing quality shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 17497.2.
5.2.3 Commodity barcode printing
The printing quality of commodity barcode shall conform to the provisions of GB 12904 and GB/T 14257.
5.2.4 Printing of Hanxin Code
The printing quality of Hanshin code shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 21049.
5.3 Joints
Joints should comply with the provisions of Table 4.
5.4 Size deviation
5.4.1 Roll film size deviation
The dimensional deviation of the roll film should comply with the provisions of Table 5.
5.4.2: Dimensions and deviations of the rolled film core
The inner diameter is $76+ mm or $152+ sub mm, special requirements to be agreed between the supplier and the customer.
5.4.3 Bag dimensional deviations
The dimensional deviations of the bags shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 6.
5.5 Physical and mechanical properties
5.5.1 Peeling force
The peel force shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 7.
5.5.2 Heat seal strength
The heat seal strength shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 8.
5.5.3 Tensile force, nominal strain at fracture, right-angle tearing force, pendulum impact resistance
The tensile force, nominal strain at fracture, right-angle tearing force and resistance to pendulum impact shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 9.
5.5.4 Water vapour transmission capacity, oxygen transmission capacity
Water vapour transmission, oxygen transmission should be in line with the provisions of Table 10.
5.5.5 Bag pressure resistance
The pressure resistance of the bag should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 11.
5.5.6 Bag drop performance
The drop performance of the bag should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 12.
5.5.7 Heat resistance
Heat resistance test, there should be no obvious discoloration, obvious deformation, peeling between the layers and heat sealing parts peeling and other abnormal phenomena.
5.5.8 Puncture strength, coefficient of friction
The puncture strength and coefficient of friction shall be agreed between the supplier and the customer.
6 Test methods
6.1 Standard environment for specimen condition adjustment and testing
According to GB/T2918, the temperature shall be 23℃-2℃, relative humidity 50%-10%, state conditioning time shall not be less than 4 hours, and the test shall be conducted under these conditions.
6.2 Sampling
Samples should be intact and the number of samples taken should be sufficient to complete the test. Samples shall be taken by removing the three layers from the surface of the rolled film and then cutting the sample along the width of the rolled film.
6.3 Visual quality
Visual inspection in natural light and measurement with a gauge of not less than 0.5 mm accuracy.
6.4 Printing quality
6.4.1 Gravure printing
According to the provisions of GB/T 7707.
6.4.2 Flexographic printing
According to the provisions of GB/T 17497.2
6.4.3 Commodity barcode printing
Commodity barcode according to GB/T18348,GB/T 14258
6.4.4 Chinese letter code printing
Hanshin code according to the provisions of GB/T 21049.
6.5 Joint
Visually inspected in natural light.
6.6 Dimensional deviation
6.6.1: roll film length, roll film width, roll film repeat length, bag length and width deviation according to GB/T 6673. 6.6.2 Thickness deviation according to GB/T 6672.
6.6.3 The heat sealing width of the bag is measured with a gauge with an accuracy of not less than 0.5 mm.
6.6.4 The distance between the seal and the edge of the bag is measured with a gauge with an accuracy of not less than 0.5 mm.
6.7: Physical and mechanical properties
6.7.1 Peel force
6.7.1.1 Handling of steamed samples
When the sample is a rolled film, it is made into a 200 mm x 200 mm bag according to the heat sealing conditions agreed between the supplier and the demander, filled with 1/2~2/3 of the volume of water in the bag and exhausted, then heat sealed and put into a heating vessel for steaming (if the use temperature exceeds 100 ℃, the heating vessel should be equipped with a counter-pressure device). The cooking temperature is the highest temperature for the category of the sample or the temperature agreed between the supplier and the customer. After steaming, the sample should be allowed to cool down to room temperature and be ready for testing.
6.7.1.2 Determination of peel force
According to the provisions of GB/T 8808, test the peeling force of the sample before and after steaming respectively.
6.7.2 Heat bonding strength
6.7.2.1 Handling of steamed samples
Performed in accordance with 6.7.1.1.
6.7.2.2 Determination of heat bond strength
In accordance with the provisions of QB/T 2358-1998, the heat bond strength of the samples is tested before and after steaming respectively.
6.7.3 Tensile force and nominal strain at fracture
In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1040.3-2006.
6.7.4 Right-angle tearing force
As specified in QB/T 1130-1991, using a single film for testing.
6.7.5 Pendulum impact resistance
Carried out in accordance with GB/T 88092015.
6.7.6 Water vapour transmission capacity
According to the provisions of GB/T 1037 or GB/T 26253.
Test the contents of the contact surface towards the low pressure side of water vapour or water vapour low concentration side, test temperature 38 ℃ ± 0.6 ℃, relative humidity 90% ± 2%.
GB/T 1037 is the arbitration method.
6.7.7 Oxygen transmission capacity
According to GB/T 1038 or GB/T 19789 provisions. Test the contents of the contact surface towards the low pressure side of oxygen or oxygen low concentration side.

7 test rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Group batch
The same raw materials, the same process of continuous production of the same category, the same material structure, the same specifications of the product as a batch. The maximum group batch of membrane shall not exceed 500 000 m3 and the maximum group batch of bags shall not exceed 1500 000.
7.2.2 Inspection items
Including: appearance quality (5.1), printing quality (5.2), joints (5.3), dimensional deviations (5.4), peel force (5.5.1) and heat seal strength (5.5.2).
7.3 Type tests
7.3.1 Test items
The test items are all those specified in Chapter 5.
7.3.2 Test frequency
One of the following cases, should be type test:
a) new product prototype identification;
b) raw materials and processes have changed significantly, which may affect the performance of the product;
c) the product is discontinued for more than six months, when resuming production;
d) factory test results and the results of the last type test has a large difference;
e) national quality supervision agencies to request
f) normal production, once every six months.
7.4 Sampling programme and determination rules
7.4.1 Appearance quality, printing quality, joints and dimensional deviations shall be determined according to GB/T 2828.1-2012, S-3, AQL=6.5 secondary sampling scheme, and according to Table 13. The unit for rolls of film is the roll and the unit for bags is only. If the batch quantity is less than the required sample quantity, the entire batch quantity shall be sampled.
7.5 Passing judgement
7.5.1 Determination of non-conformity
7.5.1.1 Appearance quality, printing quality, joints and size deviation, if one fails, the volume or only for unqualified.
7.5.1.2 physical and mechanical properties (bag pressure resistance, except bag drop performance) test results in the event of failure, the original batch should be taken in double the number of samples, the failure of the item for retesting, retesting results all qualified, then the sentence of the qualified item.
7.5.2 Judgment of qualified batch
7.5.2.1 The appearance quality, printing quality, joint and dimensional deviation shall be judged according to Table 13.
7.5.2.2 Bag pressure resistance and drop performance is determined in accordance with Table 14.
7.5.2.3 All items test results meet the requirements of this document, the batch is judged to be qualified.
8 Marking, packaging, transport and storage
8.1 Marking
Each piece of product packaging should be attached to the product certificate of conformity and marked with the product name, category, specifications, conditions of use (temperature, time), quantity, quality, batch number, production date, inspector code, production unit, production unit address and the document number.
8.2 Packaging
Use paper or film that meets the requirements of food packaging for internal packaging.
8.3 Transport
When transporting, prevent collision or contact with sharp objects, lightly load and unload, and avoid sun and rain to ensure that the packaging is intact and the product is not contaminated. The marking method should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 191.
8.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, protected from sunlight and not less than 1 m from heat sources.

4 Classification
4.1 Classification by structure

5.5.2 Heat seal strength
The heat seal strength shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 8.
5.5.3 Tensile force, nominal strain at fracture, right-angle tearing force, pendulum impact resistance
The tensile force, nominal strain at fracture, right-angle tearing force and resistance to pendulum impact shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 9.
5.5.4 Water vapour transmission capacity, oxygen transmission capacity
Water vapour transmission, oxygen transmission should be in line with the provisions of Table 10.
5.5.5 Bag pressure resistance
The pressure resistance of the bag should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 11.
5.5.6 Bag drop performance
The drop performance of the bag should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 12.
5.5.7 Heat resistance
Heat resistance test, there should be no obvious discoloration, obvious deformation, peeling between the layers and heat sealing parts peeling and other abnormal phenomena.
5.5.8 Puncture strength, coefficient of friction
The puncture strength and coefficient of friction shall be agreed between the supplier and the customer.
6 Test methods
6.1 Standard environment for specimen condition adjustment and testing
According to GB/T2918, the temperature shall be 23℃-2℃, relative humidity 50%-10%, state conditioning time shall not be less than 4 hours, and the test shall be conducted under these conditions.
6.2 Sampling
Samples should be intact and the number of samples taken should be sufficient to complete the test. Samples shall be taken by removing the three layers from the surface of the rolled film and then cutting the sample along the width of the rolled film.
6.3 Visual quality
Visual inspection in natural light and measurement with a gauge of not less than 0.5 mm accuracy.
6.4 Printing quality
6.4.1 Gravure printing

6.6 Dimensional deviation
6.6.1: roll film length, roll film width, roll film repeat length, bag length and width deviation according to GB/T 6673. 6.6.2 Thickness deviation according to GB/T 6672.
6.6.3 The heat sealing width of the bag is measured with a gauge with an accuracy of not less than 0.5 mm.

6.7: Physical and mechanical properties
6.7.1 Peel force

In accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1040.3-2006.
6.7.4 Right-angle tearing force
As specified in QB/T 1130-1991, using a single film for testing.
6.7.5 Pendulum impact resistance
Carried out in accordance with GB/T 88092015.
6.7.6 Water vapour transmission capacity
According to the provisions of GB/T 1037 or GB/T 26253.
