Amusement park safety—Emergency management
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, emergency organization, emergency plan, emergency support capacity building, emergency education, training and emergency drills, emergency implementation, emergency assessment and continuous improvement, as well as emergency files of amusement park emergency management.
This document is applicable to emergency management of amusement parks, and serves as a reference for the tourist attraction.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 42101 and the following apply.
3.1
comprehensive emergency plan
emergency plan involving different professions and organizations required by the amusement park to cope with composite safety risks or different types of disaster consequences which may occur due to the expansion of the accident
Note: For amusement or animal viewing projects set up in woodland or forest, emergency treatment of various situations involved in fires caused by electrical facilities.
3.2
specialized emergency plan
emergency plans formulated by amusement parks to deal with one type or several types of safety risks, or for important equipment and facilities, major safety risks, major activities, etc.
Note: Major safety risks refer to Levels 1 and 2 safety risks specified in GB/T 42103

3.3
emergency response project
on-site emergency measures for specific equipment, facilities, venues, etc. formulated by amusement parks according to different types of safety risks
Note: Amusement parks with single or low safety risks determine whether it is necessary to prepare comprehensive emergency plans and specialized emergency plans according to safety risk identification. If not, only emergency response projects will be prepared.

4 Basic requirements
4.1 The amusement park shall define the objectives, basic principles and key points of the emergency system construction in its own unit in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 42101 and GB/T 42104 and this document, and constantly improve them.
4.2 Emergencies involved in amusement parks that may occur in all management objects in the whole region, time, scope and whole process shall be effectively covered by the emergency system. Emergency management shall focus on important site environment, important buildings (structures), important equipment and facilities, important business activities, important operations and identified major safety risks that may cause mass casualties.
Note: Emergency system is a branch system of emergency management elements in amusement park safety management system, including emergency organization system, emergency management mechanism, emergency post responsibility and emergency management file system, emergency plan system, emergency support capacity building and emergency drills, etc.
