[Source: GB 22128-2019, 3.11]
3.2
reused parts service enterprise
organization engaged in the sales and after-sales service of reused parts, which has technical service capabilities such as secondary removal, cleaning and testing of reused parts
3.3
traceability unit
single reused part whose relevant information about its history, application or location need to be recorded, identified and traceable
3.4
traceability code
codes used by ELV recycling and dismantling enterprise or reused parts service enterprise to uniquely identify the traceability unit
4 General requirements
4.1 The traceability information of reused parts shall be accurate, reliable, publicly available and measurable.
4.2 The ELV recycling and dismantling enterprise or reused parts service enterprise shall both provide the unique traceability code of reused parts when they leave the factory.
4.3 A traceability information platform for reused parts shall be established to provide traceability information for reused parts corresponding to the traceability code.
4.4 The traceability information of reused parts shall meet the regulatory needs of the regulatory authorities such as access and evidence collection and the traceability requirements of users.
5 Traceability process
5.1 The traceability information of reused parts is recorded, provided and uploaded to the traceability information platform of reused parts by the ELV recycling and dismantling enterprise or the reused parts service enterprise. The process is indicated by the thin solid arrow in Figure 1. See Chapter 6 for traceability information requirements. Examples of traceability information are provided in Annex A.
5.2 Users of reused parts can make a traceability request to the reused parts traceability information platform through the traceability code to obtain the traceability information of reused parts. The process is indicated in the thick solid arrow in Figure 1.
