This standard specifies determination methods of riboflavin content in foods- microbiological method and fluorescence method.
This standard is applicable to the determination of riboflavin in various foods.
Detection limit in this method: fluorescence method is 0.006μg; linear range: fluorescence method is 0.1/μg~20μg.
