1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination method of total, soluble and insoluble dietary fiber in foods and the determination method of insoluble dietary fiber in plant foods.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the total, soluble and insoluble dietary fiber in plant foods and their products as well as the determination of insoluble dietary fiber in various plant foods and mixed foods containing plant foods.
The detection limit for the determination of total, soluble and insoluble dietary fiber and the determination method of insoluble dietary fiber is 0.1mg.
